As an essential business, Gibbs Insurance Associates will continue to be open during the COVID-19 outbreak and continue to serve our clients in this difficult time. We will observe all recommended safety precautions. We do ask for your patience and understanding as we implement a few changes.
- Our business hours will continue to be Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
- We are suspending any non-essential face to face contact. If you need to make a payment, most of our insurance carriers offer online payment options by EFT or credit card. If you need assistance processing those, please contact our office. For those clients who still wish to make a payment via paper check, cash or money order, please deposit those in our mail slots at either the Hillsboro or Cincinnati offices. We will be sure to mail you a receipt. If it is essential that you come into the office, please call ahead first to discuss with one of our team members.

- If it becomes mandated or necessary for the health and safety of our staff, we may move to a remote work environment. If this becomes a necessity, we will issue a notification via our social media and our website and continue to be available by phone or email.
